What if we trained our minds the way we trained our bodies? So many people see the value and importance of exercise however when I talk about the importance and value of meditation, presence, and taking time out of our day for stillness, many people are like “nah, girl…” I often hear:

“I don’t have time.”

“It’s loud af in my head!”

“It’s hard to focus.”

“Meditation is boring and too woo.”

“It’s not my jam.”

My goal is to make meditation your jam. Something you make time for. Make it so you don’t feel it’s a chore or something that requires a Herculean amount of great effort. Let me show you how easy it is and not only that, but how much of a change it’ll make in your life!
